Leni’s Law went to effect on June 1st 2016 authorizing Low-THC High-CBD Oil for Patients and Legal Guardians of children that have a debilitating disease or a debilitating disease that produces seizures.     A Senate Judiciary Committee passed a medical marijuana bill 8-1 Wednesday morning. The bill would regulate medical marijuana from seed to sale. It would allow people with certain medical conditions (15 different conditions) to have access to medical marijuana.

    1. I have had rotator cuff surgery and still have pain. I can function, but it’s not easy. A car ran over me in 1972 and damaged my right knee. I can walk, but it hurts. Also I have two vertebrae in my neck that gives me problems. I need some relief from pain other than prescription drugs.

    1. CBD oil with out THC is available. There is a store in Fultondale and one on hwy 280 in Hoover. I am sure there are more in the state but those are in my area. It became legal in July 2018
