  1. Insomnia should be a qualify condition for a KYMMC. I have used cannabis for years to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I have recently had to stop using cannabis due to random drug screening at my new job and now I am having to use prescription sleep medications. Haven’t found one that works well yet. Using a natural plant is what I prefer and what works for me so I should be allowed to do that without risking my job. KY insomniac praying for MMC.

    1. While traveling out of state, I have tried several different cbd/thc types. I know the 5:1 cbd to ratio helps me alot . I actually get up from sitting and am able to walk better.

  2. I have my Maine MMC and just moved to Kentucky. Wish I would have looked into the policy. Is there gonna be a vote coming up?

  3. I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 melenoma and have 6 different types of epilepsy. I stay in pain cause the cancer has spread into my bones, limp nodes, and liver. Plus I have been told it will help me with my epilepsy too. Please pass this bill so people like me can get the help we need.

I use to smoke every day,but that got me into truble so I stopped. Now
I’m 58 and I need of the medical weed and would like to get first in line. I have truble sleeping, but I Know this medicine Will help, I’ve been waiting since 2016 here in KY.But will have to go back to my old ways if it’s not passed! The house Bill 136 is about to pass into law,I want to be the first to get my card, and I won’t have to wait for no
Desppenrey to open! You already know.

    1. I have suffered since a bad csection in 2006 and was very stable on meds from my doctor. Not after the 2016 CDC guidelines – I was ripped off everything. Now I just have to suffer in chronic low back and neck pain 24/7. I do go to chiropractor and take tramadol, which is like taking nothing. I had a good life and have watched it slip away over the past 4 years! I want it back and know from previous experience that RSO and other cannabis strains will help me immensely with sleep and functioning to work more and go camping again! Everyone deserves to enjoy their life and not be told they have to suck it up!

  9. Dwight Hammond

Suffering from PTSD since the early 80s anti-anxiety and narcotics and alcohol do not work we actually need medical marijuana for our veterans

  10. I have had back surgery on L5 and when I fell ,peace’s cartilage broke off and they had to grind my spine ! I really need this to pass because for one thing I would sure rather smoke than take OxyContin something that you know by now is one of the most dangerous drug on the market and they act as if it is safe that is a lie !!!!!! Easy to get hooked on and bad withdrawals.

  11. Was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes 18 years ago. I’ve since acquired complications such as Pancreatitis and Gasteoparesis. I get sick after meals, if I’m not already feeling like I’m going to get sick before I eat if I don’t consume cannabis. My endocrinologist suggests CBD which helps incredibly, but still only does so much. I eat less than a meal a day, without the use of cannabis, or Reglan. If anyone has similar problems and have remedies around that please share!

  12. If Kentucky don’t legalize medical Cannabis I’ll be force to move to a legal state. I suffer daily with chronic pain from degenerative disc desease, arthritis and sevear scoliosis and I will not become addicted to the Big Pharma pain medicat ion. Please help!

    1. Yes I agree I have hepatitis c and b and suffer from arthritis and alot of mental illness as well I’ll move if it’s Not passed soon enough !!
